Everything was great, personnel was kind and nice. The double room I got was complete with comfortable beds as well as microwave. The location was marvellous and brilliant, in a residential neighborhood, in the great area. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from Fiona Bleu Gallery🙂

We stayed on a Sunday night while passing through to make our way home. We booked the room for $79/night which was a good rate. The owner told me when I checked in that the same room goes for $289 on the weekends!! That being said, this room is definitely not worth that rate! The bed had plastic over the mattress, which was uncomfortable, Also, the spa that was advertised barely fit 4 people and it was in a stuffy room with no open windows. When we came back from dinner, the entire hotel smelled of curry! We were only there for less than 24 hours, so it worked for us, but if you are looking to stay there for more than 1 night, I would look elsewhere.

Location, parking, decent & updated room furniture. In-room fridge & microwave. Nice updated bathroom counter top & sink.
Front desk manager was not readily available when I looked & waited for questions & service several times. I believe he works alone as he was the only staff I ever saw, although I did not call him on the phone. I woke up several times during the night on the plastic lined mattress pad because the bottom sheet does not stay tucked in to the mattress. Not pleasant. The walls are thin & if your neighbors aren't quiet, you can hear their voices & noise, enough to not sleep. Also, I could smell mold. The sink area is carpeted & maybe it's in the carpet and I saw moldy window panes /wall boards behind the curtains.

fine waterfront views and close to charming downtown attractions
I stayed here for 3 nights and loved how it was just a few steps from the bay with quick access to great coffee at Skipper's Brew and delicious seafood at Dutchman's Seafood House. The room was spacious and the staff were genuinely friendly.

It was close to the Bay. We met lots of nice guests staying there. We liked the local restaurants, shops and ambiance.
Both of us slept unusually well. No leg cramps from travel and no noise from outside. We even stayed an extra night. Thanks for a great visit.

The location and the rate. They had an elevator and a luggage cart. It was modern and looked like it had been updated recently.
The bathroom fan did not work. The elevator had a problem that left another guest stranded for about a minute and it did jerk while I was in it but did not actually stop. This is a nice motel but may need a little closer attention paid to detail to make it a place you would want to go back to,

The room was very big, clean and with many facilities. There was a private and free parking.
The fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy and the man at the reception was unable to find our reservation, but finally found it.

the manager was very nice and very helpful. we would definitely stay, again. wish they would have had a suite, though, as we had a family of 6 and had to book two rooms--a suite would have been lots better or connecting rooms, so that a door could have been opened to both doors. loved that it had microwave and fridge and DVD player.
was disappointed that the spa was not working---would also have liked a pool.,
